Earlier both the films were being said to be released simultaneously on July 7. However, the release date of ‘Jawan’ was already fixed on June 2. Regarding this change, Shah Rukh Khan himself has said that when we make something better for the audience, it takes time. This is the reason that the release date of the film has been extended. It is being told that the post production work of the film has not been completed yet. Since VFX and special visual effects have been used extensively in the film, its editing is taking time.
The new release date of the film ‘Jawan’ has been announced by Shah Rukh Khan himself and the film’s producer Gauri Khan by sharing the video on social media. But with this announcement, a box office clash between Shahrukh Khan and Ajay Devgan has been decided on 7th September. Ajay’s film ‘Maidan’ is also releasing on the same day. Looking at the track record of both the superstars, it can be said that it is going to be difficult for the audience to choose between the two films. Shah Rukh Khan is very excited after the bumper success of his recently released film ‘Pathan’. In such a situation, he is ready to compete with any actor. But Ajay Devgan whose recent release film ‘Bhola’ has flopped, what steps he takes, it will be a matter to be seen. It can be difficult for them.
